Well, we’ve been here for about three months now, and are finally beginning to feel like we live here, and are not just visiting. 🙂 I still have some boxes that are not unpacked, but mostly that is stuff I can’t use right now, like my mom’s china and crystal. Those will stay in the special dish box until we can afford a dining room set with a china cabinet. I did not fully decorate for Christmas this year, although we do have the tree up and decorated, and a couple of vases of artificial Christmas flowers and leaves.
Things have been so crazy lately that I’ve not been posting here as often as I’d like, but now that Mike has finally gotten to have his back surgery, and we’ve mostly unpacked, I should be writing much more often. Right now, the kids and I are getting ready to leave for church. The choir is singing special music this morning, so I need to be there at 8:30 to practice, and it takes us a half hour or somto get there. Then we’ll need to be back there by 4:00 this afternoon, because the twins are in the Christmas Play this evening and need to be there early for one final practice. They are very excited! 🙂
