Covid Nails

March 18, 2020, we found out we were about to have an approximately 2 week shut down due to Covid 19. So I went to get my nails done because I was already a week or so past due. Since I wear acrylic nails because my natural nails have been very brittle ever sich having very bad Hyperthyroid problems in the early 1990’s, I thought it best to get them taken care of.

This polish changes color. in the above picture my hands are warm.

The following picture was taken on April 13, 2020, almost a month later. Our two week shut down was at about a month at this time.

This picture is from about mid May. I had to take the handled toenail clippers and a strong file to them, because they were coming apart and causing a great deal of pain.

Finally, our governor decided to allow salons to be open at 25% capacity, with precautions, on June 1, 2020. I was able to get an appointment on June 3.

Finally!
